Jay is originally from the United States and grew up in Indiana about 2 hours outside of Chicago. He moved to Canada in 2007 and is now a Canadian Citizen. His passion for baking really took hold when living in Sweden from 2010 to 2014. Jay and his husband are the founders of the Ottawa Wolves Rugby Football Club in Ottawa, the National Capital of Canada.
Jay has lived in Chicago, Dallas, San Francisco in the US, and in Stockholm Sweden and Tel Aviv, Israel. He currently calls Cantley in Western Quebec home. He has been a contestant on Season 3 of “The Great Canadian Baking Show” on CBC and is a Public Servant with the Government of Canada.
