On January 11 the 10 new bakers to enter the Great Canadian Baking Show tent were announced and I could not be more excited! There are some familiar faces to me and some who I am getting to know for the first time and from what I can see it’s going to be a hell of a season. The amount of talent this year is amazing. I recommend that you take the time to look through each of the bakers bios, follow them on instagram and tune in to CBC or CBCGem on February 14 at 8pm Eastern.
